For the record. Get it? Record? It’s funny because ‘record’ has two meanings. Also, explaining jokes always makes them funnier.

Erik J. Heels

In 2003, I started blogging. At some point, I decided to add pre-2003 content to my blog, including articles and columns I wrote for the ABA (1994-2008), articles from law school (1992-1994), and even (gulp) some from MIT (1984-1988).

I’ve written about a lot of topics in the broad “technology, law, baseball, and rock ‘n’ roll” category, including reviews of books, movies, music, and more.

Today in an attempt to cure some linkrot (thanks to Amazon Associates ever-changing link and iframe formats) and put all of my reviewed stuff in one place, I created this page. To be clear, I make a pittance from the Amazon Associates program (which I joined in 2001), so this page is primarily for me. (And my folks. Thanks, Mom and Dad!)

I’ve excluded my popular “Rolling Stone Magazine 5-star reviews” links from this page. Linkrot won there.

Links come first, then come links to the articles that contain the context of said links.
